1. Any person resident in India over 18 years of age is eligible to participate.

2. Employees of ThoughtWorks and their immediate family members may not participate.

3. By registering to take part in the "Find Your Inner ThoughtWorker” online puzzle contest, the participant also consents to receive information on the contest via email, regular mail and/or surveys. ThoughtWorks shall not pass the data on to third parties (other than its affiliate companies) without your consent. Trust is a cornerstone of our corporate mission, and the success of our business depends on it.

4. Participants must provide their contact details on thoughtworker.com to register for the "Find Your Inner ThoughtWorker” online puzzle contest.

5. By providing their personal details, registrants allows ThoughtWorks to contact them in order to communicate to them any information related to the contest and the company.

6. Puzzle responses are only valid if submitted on www.thoughtworker.com.

7. ThoughtWorks reserves the rights to withdraw or suspend the online puzzle contest without any prior notice to you and without your consent.

8. The winners will be selected by a monthly lucky draw of eligible respondents as may reasonably be determined by ThoughtWorks.

9. Prizes will be sent subject to availability or may be changed at ThoughtWorks’ discretion.

10. ThoughtWorks reserves the rights to contact registrants of the online puzzle contest on www.thoughtworker.com with an unsubscribe option for any online communication.

11. ThoughtWorks reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice to you.
