As a Test Architect at ThoughtWorks India, you get to interact with customers to understand their business and consult with them on QA strategies for testing their application. You get to refine our QA best practices. You are expected to review business requirements and create testing strategy and plans based on business needs. You also participate in full life-cycle system development projects with teams of high end developers, analysts, and testers.

Position and Responsibilities

• Device test strategy for building enterprise application software .
• Prepare and selecting appropriate software testing frameworks.
• Mentor juniors and bring in QA leadership into the organization.

Skills and Experience

• Willingness to be hands on in areas such as regression testing and automated testing.
• Mentor junior testers in the team.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management using tools such as SVN.
• Excellent customer interaction skills, communication skills, articulation and a passion for technology.
