You will be responsible for implementations of PeopleSoft HCM, Billing, and Purchasing. Your understanding of Asset Management and IT Asset Management would be vital. You also get to apply your knowledge of key PeopleTools, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR.

Position and Responsibilities

• Be part of core global team of PeopleSoft implementation experts.
• Help make fundamental changes to the strategic operations systems of ThoughtWorks on an ongoing and continuous basis.

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years experience with end-to-end PeopleSoft implementations, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing and rollout.
• 4+ years experience as PeopleSoft Financials implementation expert (version 8.9 or above).
• 4+ years experience gathering requirements from customers and getting regular feedback from customers.
• 4+ years experience writing SQL (in an Oracle database environment).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills which are essential for our global organization.
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Reporting tools (nVision and Query are a must).
• Comfort with Application Designer and strong understanding of Integration Broker.
• Experience with non-PeopleSoft business intelligence reporting tools, such as Eclipse BIRT.
