Training and University

ThoughtWorks University is our unique 6-week training programme where freshers experience various project simulations and learn through sessions and games, the responsibilities of various roles in ThoughtWorks. Fresh graduates from ThoughtWorks offices worldwide go through this training process in India. The training programme helps freshers emerge as confident software practitioners ready for their first client engagement.

Fresher Selection Process

Fresher hiring is special for us. We value the untouched enthusiasm and passion that you bring and we look for students with vision who we can help grow into amazing consultants.

Our graduate hiring process includes a couple of written assessments to test your logic and approach to problem solving. Once through these, shortlisted candidates applying for developer positions are sent a couple of simple coding problems. If your code meets our standards then we call you in for office interviews and, time-permitting, you may be asked to refactor your code with one of our developers.

For graduates applying for positions of Quality Analyst or Business Analyst; relax, we won't ask you to code! If you are shortlisted beyond the logic assessments, we will call you for office interviews.
