Scott Shaw is the General Manager of ThoughtWorks Pune where he is responsible for successfully delivering projects in this 150 person development center. Scott also brings a solid foundation in hands-on IT practice as well as a background in academic research. He has been developing large-scale distributed software systems for over 15 years, holds 2 US patents and has published papers in engineering journals.
