Who Can Attend:

Teams of three preferably, including one Build Engineer/Developer/Tech Lead, one Project Manager, and one QA Lead. Individuals and Agile Evangelists interested in attending may also apply. Participants must have a minimum work experience of 5 years, including experience in a leading role, such as Technical Lead, Project Manager, and QA Lead.

Meet Our Trainers:

Adam Monago, Vice President of Client Services. Adam is responsible for ensuring our customers and partners have access to complete solutions ranging from products to professional services. He has been responsible for developing the vision and roadmap for Mingle since its launch and actively facilitates the growth of Mingle and the ThoughtWorks Studios Community. Adam holds over 13 years experience in leading and coaching high performance software teams in a wide range of industries and problem domains. Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Adam held positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, Citigroup and Prentice Hall.

Preethi Madhu, Practice Manager Delivery.Preethi works in our consulting services group and is responsible for delivery of our consulting offerings around agile process adoption and delivery process optimization. She has also been involved in many distributed projects as a BA and then PM. Preethi holds over 10 years experience across both delivery and coaching assignments, across a wide range of industries and domains. Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Preethi held positions with Visual Web Solutions, E&Y and KPMG. Preethi holds a Masters in Business Management from Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD, Pune and a Bachelor Degree in Science from Bangalore University. Her main interest is horseback riding.
